(*_*) HOW NOT WORKING MOTOR 4 (*_*)

Four stroke engine is a machine in which to produce an energy process requires four steps up and down the piston, crankshaft rotation twice, and one round Noken as (camshaft).
Four process is divided into cycles:
Step Suction

Step suction: Aiming to enter the mist the air - fuel into the cylinder. As the engine power produced depends on the amount of fuel burned during the combustion process.

The process is;
1. The piston moves from top dead point (TDC) to Bottom Dead Point (TMB).
2. Inlet valve opens, fuel into the cylinder
3. As Kruk rotate 180 degrees
4. As Noken rotates 90 degrees
5. The negative pressure sucking the piston air-fuel mist into the cylinder

Step Compression

It started when the inlet valve closes and the piston pushed toward the engine due to the momentum of the crankshaft and flywheel.

The purpose of the compression step is to increase the temperature so that the air-fuel mixture can be fused. This compression ratio will also closely related to energy production.

The process is as follows:
1. The piston moves back from the TMB to the TMA
2. In the valve closed, the valve remains closed Ex
3. Fuel compressed into the cupola furnace (combustion chamber)
4. About 15 degrees before TDC, the spark plug sparks begin to turn on and start the burning process
5. Crankshaft achieve one full rotation (360 degrees)
6. Noken as reaching 180 degrees

Power Step

Begins when the mixture of air / fuel is ignited by spark plugs. With the fast burning mixture is spread and there was an explosion that caught by the wall, causing the cylinder head behind the high-pressure kick that drives the piston down the cylinder bore. Linear movement of the piston is converted into rotational motion by the crankshaft. Rotational energy as the momentum continued into the flywheel which not only produces power, counter balance weight on the piston crankshaft helps make the next cycle.

The process is as follows:
1. The explosion created perfectly in the engine
2. Piston thrown from TDC toward TMB
3. Inlet valve is fully closed, while toward the end of step business start exhaust valve slightly open.
4. Energy transformation occurs back and forth motion of pistons into rotational energy crankshaft
5. As Kruk rotation reaches 540 degrees
6. As 270-degree rotation Noken

Step exhaust

Step exhaust become very important to produce a soft operating performance and efficient machine. The piston moves to encourage the remaining combustion gases exit the cylinder into the exhaust pipe. This process must be conducted with the total, because there is very little residual combustion gases are mixed with new gas revenue will reduce the potential power output.

The process is:
1. Counter balance weight on the crankshaft to provide normal force to move the piston from the TMB to the TMA
2. Perfect Ex valve open, inlet valve fully closed
3. Residual gas combustion products are urged out by the piston through the exhaust port to exhaust
4. Kruk as do two full rotations (720 degrees)
5. Noken as completing a full rotation (360 degrees)

IMPORTANT FINISHING - overlapping

Overlap is a condition in which both the intake valve and out are in possisi slightly open at the end of the exhaust step up to the beginning of the suction step.

Function for performance efficiency in internal combustion engines. The constraint of mechanical performance of the valve and the air inside the inertial manifold, so it will need to start opening the valve inside before the piston reaches TDC on the final step to prepare the exhaust suction step. With the aim to eliminate all residual gas combustion, exhaust valves remain open until after TDC. The degree of overlapping depends on the design of the machine and how fast this machine to work.

benefit from the process of overlapping:
1. As flushing the combustion chamber, piston, cylinder from the remnants of burning
2. Cooling temperatures in the combustion chamber
3. Helping exhasut scavanging (exhaust gas release)
4. maximize the fuel intake

Okay by knowing the principles and workings of the engine 4 stroke, can hopefully be the beginning of the handle before the plan modification.
